How is sizing done?
As part of the checkout process you will be asked for your normal shoe size.
We make shoes in our Manufacturer sizes. So under the soles be marked number is NOT Europe size.
We'll convert your size to our size when we make your shoes.
We can make shoes in the following size ranges:
- US 2 – 10.5
- European 32 – 43
- Japan 210 – 265

Can you ship to my country?
Yes! We can ship to world-wide delivery that means all countries.
Almost countries are shipped by FedEx International Priority, others are by EMS Post.
(Africa, Cyprus, East Europe, India, Middle East, Turkey, etc via EMS Post)
Do you accept Money Order or other payment?
Sorry! Currently we only accept PayPal and Credit Cards.
How long will my shoes take to be made and shipped?
You should receive your shoes after approximately 2 weeks of ordering. As our shoes are all handmade, occasionally we'll have a backlog of orders and the time may take longer than this. If this is likely to be the case we'll let you know as soon as possible. If you have a special date coming up that you need your shoes for, please let us know in advance, and we'll do our best to help you.
Will I have to pay customs duty or tax on my shoes?
This depends on the country and state you're having the shoes shipped to as customs duty and taxes differ from country to country. Contact your local customs office if you're unsure of any applicable taxes and customs charges. Please note that customs duty or local tax is not included in the price.
How are the shoes made?
All our shoes are entirely hand made by our experienced shoe masters.
I want to sew my shop name(or others) on the insoles. Is it possible?
Yes! If it just text, it’s always possible. But don’t over write 20 characters(inclusion spacing).
12~16 characters be very good.
Can I change the name’s color or font?
Sorry, currently impossible. But We will soon make it possible.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is charged as FREE for worldwide service. No exceptions.
What happens if I don't like the shoe once it arrives?
We're so confident that you'll love our shoes that you can return them for a full refund, or exchange them for another pair. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.

Yes! After your site be verified, we’ll provide NEW shoes for you for FREE.
